Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you have changed your mind, we are happy to accept returns provided the product is in saleable condition as defined below on this page. Please write to us at info@taraf.com.au, and we’re happy to help you with the return request.

Should there be any defect with the product, please include photos showing the defects in your email.

When returning the item, please remember to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Our policy regarding change of mind limits does not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations, or any other legal requirements.

Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind and wish to return the perfume, we offer a refund policy subject to certain conditions. You must make the refund request within 14 days of purchase and provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Additionally, the perfume must be in saleable condition, which means it should be unworn or unused and should have all its original sealed packaging and tags attached. The product seal should not be broken or tampered with. Please note that some exclusions apply, which are listed below.
Our team will assess the item to determine if a refund is possible, in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please note that delivery and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Proof of purchase

Refunds or exchange requests must be accompanied by a proof of purchase such as the online tax invoice for change of mind.

Defected Items

We take every measure to ensure our product is in perfect condition, however, if you believe that an item is faulty or defective, our team will assess your claim on a case-by-case basis. If the item has a major failure, we can process a refund or exchange. However, if the item is damaged due to misuse, neglect or abnormal use, we will not be able to provide any refund, exchange or repair.

Return tender

All refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For online purchases, the refund will be automatically credited to the account used for payment. In the case of mobile payment or digital wallet services, such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, etc., the refund will be processed and credited back to the mobile or digital wallet.

Gift or bonus with purchase offers and bundled items When you purchase an item with a gift or bonus offer, you must also return the gift or bonus (unless stated otherwise). If you cannot return the gift or bonus, or it is not in a condition to be resold, the available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus (either fully or partially). In the case of bundle offers, all items included in the bundle must be returned. If you fail to return any of the items, the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
